Expériences positives This was a great bnb in the perfect location to explore Amsterdam ...- the 9 straatjes area is perfect for shopping, close to key attractions etc.
The room itself is very large, and super bright and airy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is also very modern and pleasant.
We were able to check in at 1pm, which was great, and also leave our bags with Raymond (the host) on our final day.
Pour amélioration Communication for payment was perhaps a little difficult - payment was by cash or bank transfer.
The room also has a wine fridge, but no normal fridge, which we found a bit weird and perhaps slightly less practical. There was however some basic cutlery, plates, bowls provided and a microwave.
Expériences positives Best location across from Rokin Subway Station. Close to Shopping..., cafes, restaurants. Quick response and easy communication with Wil. Fridge and pantry well-stocked and Wil send daily breakfast fruits, croissants and cakes. Got to experience a 400 year old Dutch building - home. You have to climb a steep narrow stairs to apartment. Wifi is available in living room (weak) and no reception in bedroom. Very Small wet shower bathroom. Overall decent stay.
Pour amélioration Need some drawer space for clothes. And stronger wifi connections overall and in bedroom.

.breakfast disappointing.Provide tick list in advance with range of suggestions to include boiled egg,fruit, and yogurt.We had too many breadrolls, 3 dry cheese squares,a small amount of
cold meat,2 croissants jam +bottle of juice.
.requested breakfast at 9.30 but came at 8.45
.stairs potentially dangerous,need clear warning about descending lower flight as no continuous handrail,ridge on turn step is trip hazard,one of us
fell down lower flight.
