Een prachtig hotel in oude stijl, kleur, plafonds, schilderijen, de receptie,... alles in stijl. Prima bed.
Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Neemt echt de tijd voor je.
Uitstekend ontbijt.
Het gevoel dat we in de watten zijn gelegd.

Vriendelijke nette ontvangst. Wel waren we verbaasd dat de loft in een... ander gebouw bleek te zijn. Vriendelijke mensen. Snel hulp toen de tv niet bleek te werken. Goed ontbijt.

Dank voor uw review. We betreuren dat sommige zaken niet voldeden. Vooraf hebben we belangrijke informatie verstrekt: de loft is op 50 meter afstand van het hotel, een derde persoon slaapt op een slaapbank. En natuurlijk zijn er rookmelders aanwezig! Ondanks onze korting koos u om elders te parkeren.

De loft voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen van een 4 sterren hotel. Schimmel op de wand van de douchecabine. Spinnenwebben op het plafond. De kraan in de keuken zat los.
Onze dochter moest slapen op een sneue stretcher en de slaapbank, alternatief voor haar, was erg slecht.
Er waren geen rookmelders (wat wel verplicht is).
De auto mocht op de dag van vertrek wel wat langer in de garage blijven staan (er waren geen andere gasten) maar dan moest er wel weer worden bijbetaald. Beetje jammer.

Wat een pareltje in de binnenstad van Leiden. Prachtig. Een heel persoonlijke... ontvangst met een drankje van het huis en een receptionist die echt de tijd voor je nam bij het inchecken. Fijn ook dat onze hond mee mocht.

Een inclusief-ontbijt-prijs zou fijn zijn.
