Positive Experiences
Een nachtje bij deze B&B verbleven. De B&B ligt prachtig gelegen... in Limburg, langs de Maas, in een heel mooi landschap: alsof je in het buitenland bent. Arno en Marielle hebben ons warm ontvangen en ze zijn heel erg gastvrij. We hebben heerlijk ontbeten en deze in het zonnetje opgegeten. Ook kan je voor een laag tarief drankjes en snacks pakken.

B&B De Grote Waaij is gevestigd in een prachtig, oud karakteristiek... pand aan de doorgaande weg van Well naar Wellerlooi. Aan het roer staat een hartelijk en enthousiast koppel. Er is een mooie binnentuin waarin we ontvangen werden met een welkomstdrankje. Gastvrijheid staat hoog in het vaandel en dat hebben we ook ervaren.
For improvement
Het ontbijt is sober en staat niet in verhouding tot wat het kost (15,- ). De kamer is erg licht, er hangen geen gordijnen, enkel lichtdoorlatende rolgordijnen, dit kwam mijn nachtrust niet ten goede. De badkamer met douche en toilet bevindt zich op de gang. Dit wordt niet vermeld op de website. De badkamer hoeft niet gedeeld te worden.

Wat een bijzondere plek! Deze B&B heeft echt alles wat je zoekt voor... een ontspannen verblijf. De combinatie van prachtige natuur, gezellige Limburgse dorpjes en de warme gastvrijheid maakt het een fijne ervaring. Wat me vooral opviel, en wat vaak ontbreekt in andere B&B’s, is de perfecte balans tussen privacy en huiselijkheid. Je kunt hier helemaal tot rust komen en je eigen plan trekken.
